Can I continue paying for bespoke work to my system?

You will be able to request chargeable bespoke changes to your system during the supported period.  Any requests should be directed to your account manager or customerservices@synaptic.co.uk.  Your request will be forwarded to the relevant team for assessment.  Once the work has been estimated, formal confirmation will be issued with the paperwork for signature in order to proceed.  All bespoke work will need to be implemented before 20 September 2019.
