|There may be instances where you may wish to manually select files for checking. To do so, you will need to know what cases there are to select from. Go to Compliance > File Checks > File Selection:|
You will find yourself in the Manual tab.
There are many ways in which you can search for a file to check. You can vary your selection by using the white boxes at the bottom of the screen. Once the dates have been entered at the bottom simply click on the blue line of text that you are interested in e.g. View all new Business Book Entries.
The system will show you any cases that match your request and may have a blue box on the right hand side. Reference to the key along the bottom of your screen will tell you if this file has already been checked, is being checked or has already been selected automatically for your attention.
To view the case in more detail click on the More tab on the right hand side. You now have a choice, either go to the Reason Selected tab and place a cross in the Manual Selection box, along with a reason as to why you have selected this case and if you wish to undertake a full file review or just a precursory overview case check.
Alternatively, if you do not wish to select this case use your history bar along the top of your screen and click on File Selection to search for an alternative.
