|Once a commission entry has been added against a holding, there may be occasions where an amendment is required, such as the amount of commission has changed, the policy number needs to be added or amended, or even the provider name has changed.|
Locate the client, holding and expectation of commission that needs amending:
To make changes, click onto the entry:Change the amount here.
If the provider name or policy number has been changed, there is a button which needs to be clicked to 'force' these changes onto the commission expectation.
The 'Update Commissions details to reflect case default' button is on the 'Splits' tab:
This will update the provider name and policy number on the expectation. Check once it has been clicked as it can change manually input commission splits back to defaults. If this happens, change them back.
