How do I review CPD records for the company?

A record of an adviser’s Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is key to proving that their knowledge is being maintained and that they remain competent advisers. As a company you must maintain accurate registers of this information and the Compliance plug-in can assist with this process. This document shows you how to view previously entered CPD records.

To access the CPD records from the Main Menu, click on the Compliance button on the left of your screen. Click on the T&C button followed by the CPD sub-option on the left hand side of your screen. You will be shown a list of any current CPD records, which have not been singed off as complete:

To view a CPD record click on it, to return to the list click on CPD in the history bar at the top of your screen. Should you wish to view records for a particular month click on the By month tab at the top of your screen and select, in the top right of your screen, the month and year you wish to view.
