This document shows you how to record details in the final section of the core corporate fact find – Objectives.
From the Main Menu click on Fact find on the left hand side and locate your corporate client using the Find Record option on the top right hand side of your screen. Click on Fact find on the left hand side of your screen. If a fact find has previously been created for your client then you will be taken to this area of the system. If not then you will be asked to confirm that you wish to create a fact find.
Click on Core Fact Find for Corporate clients to enter the Fact find and click on the Objectives button on the left hand side of your screen.
Within the Objectives tab you should record any text based notes on the objectives identified of the company. You may also click on the Succession tab to record any details specifically related to succession planning for the business.
