Matched Already - this shows under the status of the exception.
This can happen if commission statements are left in the EDI area without processing or archiving them or if there is more than one holding or more than one expectation that the message could reconcile to.
To deal with this exception, follow the below steps:
- Go to the match tab
- Use the 'view new business records' link to select the correct holding
- View cash book entries to select the correct expectation.
- The expectation has now been reconciled.
