Fact find - Overview

The Fact find module can be located from the Main Menu of CCD by clicking on the Fact find option on the left hand side. You can locate an existing client by using the Find record button or adding a new client by using the Add record button, both at the top of your screen.


Once you have the correct client displayed on your screen and are ready to commence, click on Fact find on the left. The first screen you are presented with requires you to complete your compliance details.

Once in your fact find, on the left hand side you can see the contents available to you.


Firstly, you have the Fact find input itself. As you will wish to capture numerous details about your client’s situation here, these have been subdivided into four sections;


Personal

Planning

Holdings

Requirements


Once you have input this information, you then have an Analysis section. This allows you to obtain research from third parties such as Synaptic. You can then go onto produce either holistic or specific reports to enable you to make your recommendations to your clients, present them with your research and record in the advise section what you are suggesting the best course of action would be.


The final section is the Submission area, which has a built in new business tracking system.
