How can I track and report on outstanding enquiries?

This article will explain how you can track and report on your outstanding enquiries. Please see article 'Client - setting up a new enquiry' for further information on creating enquiries.

All outstanding enquiries can be viewed in Admin > Enquiries:

You can view the enquiries By Adviser and By Status using the tabs along the top of the screen. If a recommendation has been made, the overview screen will display the provider and product that has been recommended.  The potential case value that has been entered on the enquiry is also displayed.

The list of outstanding enquiries can be viewed in a report by selecting the link at the bottom of the screen - Print outstanding enquiry list. Further reports on enquiries are available in Admin > Reports > Enquiries.
