How do I add a holding to a client record?

From the Main Menu, navigate to Clients and locate the client record to which you are adding the holding.

Click on Holdings and click the + Add record button.
You will then be prompted with the following:
Click Yes

If your Client record is linked to a partner record in the system, you will be presented with the following dialogue:

Select Yes or No accordingly.

You will now see the following dialogue.
 Holdings should only be recorded as Info. Only if you did not sell the plan, since the compliance requirements will not be applicable if you did not write this piece of business.

For all new business you have written, select New Bus.

You will now be able to select the provider and policy type. Further policy details can be recorded using the relevant links on the left hand sidebar.
