How do I create a clawback?

When a client cancels a plan within its clawback period, the Provider will clawback part of the paid commission.  This needs to be recorded in CCD, so that when the commission statement is received, with this clawback on, it can be processed and shown against the Holding.

To record this clawback, locate the client and holding within the Clients module and navigate to the Commissions section:
Click onto Add Initial Commission item and answer the 2 pop up questions that appear:
Now record the clawback amount:
This will now show in the Amounts Due section of Admin > Commissions.
