|When regular initial commission is being received on a holding and needs to be reconciled, the expectations need to be created when the commission becomes due.|
Navigate to the Commission section of the Holding and record what type of initial commission it is:
Once this has been selected, use the 'Regular Initial' tab:Complete the information in this section. If the information in blue to the right of the fields is correct, use the 'Use calculated values'. This will insert the information into the fields.
The fields which may need to be completed are:
Last initial payment - the amount of the last payment
Earnings Pd (months) - how long is this regular commission to be paid
New Business Credit - what is the total value of the regular commission.
Once completed the commission will need to be posted each month to enable reconciliation.
