|CCD is capable of supplying a range of New Business based reports. This relies on the information being input accurately but providing this is the case; these reports are a useful management tool.|
From the Main Menu, click on Admin on the left hand side followed by Reports and then choose the New business sub-option:
You may alter the reports to suit your requirements by amending the review dates, contract type, provider or introducer at the bottom of your screen. This will adjust the reports accordingly. To view a report, click onto it and to print, click on Print at the top of your screen. You may return to the menu using the Return option at the top of your screen.
NB - If you are running an 'Analysis' type report, you may need to click on Preview at the top of the screen in order to view the results.
