How do I set a client to deceased on their record?

This article explains what to do on CCD when noticed has been received that a client is deceased.

Firstly, locate the deceased client on CCD. There are a number of fields which now need to be updated:

Within the Contact page, the Current Status should be updated to 'Deceased':
On the Personal section, the Date of death needs to be recorded:
If this client is a joint client, then some work will also need to be done on the Postal Address tab.

On the deceased record, remove the information and on their surviving partner the Address letters to field needs to be amended.
The holdings will also need to be updated when the appropriate information has been received from the Provider
