Under the software tab you can select the preferred provider for some of the integrations available from within CCD, along with which checklist you require to make new business files available for file check selection in the Compliance module.
The ‘Fact find defaults’ area allow each company to select which pages of the fact find should be printed, viewed and printed to PDF. Setting it here will set a company standard, which can be changed on a client by client basis. There are two fact finds known as Full fact find and Short fact find. The main difference between the two is that the short fact find does not have the detailed planning areas that the long fact find does. Click on >Fact find view/print defaults to set your preferences.
