How do I add an additional territory to an existing provider?

Locate the provider in your providers list (Setup > Providers)
Check which Territory fields are selected (Setup > Providers > Main contact)
Select the ‘Search our on-line database for a new Provider code’ (Setup > Providers > New providers)
Locate the Provider and check if the required territory is already registered on this list.
If it is then skip to step 6.If not, select the Add UK / Add ROI to complete and submit a request form.
You will then receive a confirmation email that the territory has been added.

Step 6
Update/check the appropriate Territory field. This will mean that this provider will appear in appropriate drop down lists.
