An integral part of a suitability letter is the explanation of why the particular product has been chosen. Whilst each suitability letter should be created individually, it is possible to record generic text which could be merged into your letter.
To record any standard suitability text for a product, choose the Setup option from the manager screen followed by Products on the left hand side. Locate the product concerned and click to enter the record. Now choose the Auto text tab at the top of your screen.
This is a free form text field allowing you to type any comments you may wish to record against this product. This text could then be merged into a client specific suitability letter so should be generic rather than client or provider specific.
