Unable to Open CCD on a Multi User Set Up

If you are unable to open CCD please try the following:

Locate the server that CCD resides on and log onto that Server with administrator privileges.

  1. Open Administrative Tools. This can be found under the control panel.
  2. In Administrative tools, open Services.
  3. In the Services window, select FileMaker Server in the Name column.
  4. Click on Start the Service:

Once the service has started open CCD on the workstation.
