If you are unable to open CCD please try the following:
Locate the server that CCD resides on and log onto that Server with administrator privileges.
- Open Administrative Tools. This can be found under the control panel.
- In Administrative tools, open Services.
- In the Services window, select FileMaker Server in the Name column.
- Click on Start the Service:
Once the service has started open CCD on the workstation.
