|CCD provides the functionality to set contract review dates for specific policies as well as run reports on contracts which are due for renewal. To set the policy review date, navigate to the appropriate client record then click on the Holdings link:|
From the list of holdings, click on the holding you wish to set the review date for. Next click on Product from the menu on the left of the screen.
At the bottom of the layout is a field Next contract review date, enter the date you wish to review the policy:
To locate contracts due for renewal, navigate to Admin > Reports > Reviews. Here you can run reports for contracts scheduled for renewal on a date range, by adviser and contract type:
