You can reset your password in Modeller by clicking on your username at the top right hand side of the main navigation ribbon. Select change password from the drop down list.
If you cannot remember your password , you can reset your password on the main Synaptic Suite login screen by clicking the Forgotten your password? link. Please note this will send the new password to your registered email address.
