When adviser firms have negotiated the use of restricted funds with special rates with fund promoters, these fund versions may not be available on platforms in Pathways.
This is because Pathways displays all platform fund links to all customers. Platforms do not permit us to display restricted funds with special terms (only available to certain adviser firms) to all advisers using our software.
In this circumstance the adviser firm would need to contact us to request the restricted fund is linked to the platform. We would approach the specific platform in question and request permission to display the restricted funds. The outcome would depend on the platforms response.
