The Quotes section above describes all the areas in which the system displays links to your quotation engine. There are three reasons why these quote links may not be displayed:
- You haven’t entered the details of your quote engine into your user account.
- You are researching a type of product which is not covered by your quote engine – for example, you are looking at ISAs, and these are not covered by the 3rd-party engine.
- The quote engine does quote on the product type, but has not yet passed on to Synaptic the details of how to integrate in this area.
